All Australian States and Territories have adopted the National Standard White Card Induction, CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
White Cards now replace the WA and QLD Blue Cards , VIC Red Card and NSW Green Card and White Cards issued prior to Sept. 2009. Mutual recognition arrangements improve the ability of construction workers to go across state/territory boundaries without the requirement to undertake construction induction learning each jurisdiction.
All States and Territories issue the newest National Standard White Card and each one of the cards are mutually recognised across State and Territory borders – i.e. when you’ve got a card issued in one location it’s recognised in every other States and Territories.

NSW Worksafe Website States:
Construction workers can work in NSW using valid construction induction cards issued by all states and territories under the National Code of Practice for Induction for Construction Work”
Some workplaces may implement a higher standard than what is legally required, so it is recommended that you check with your employer as to what construction induction is necessary.
If you specifically require a NSW White Card you will need to attend a face to face course in your state
