White Card Courses Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable legislation, White Card Courses is entitled to charge fees for services provided to students undertaking a course of study. These charges are generally for training and assessment services.

The following refund policy will apply:

The general philosophy at White Card Courses is that you are allowed to access a portion of the course materials and assessment before payment is required to ensure you are confident that the course content and mode of delivery is suitable for your style of learning.

Once you decide to continue your training and pay for a course you are not normally entitled to a refund of fees unless extenuating circumstances exist.

Discretion may be exercised by the Chief Executive Officer in all situations, if you can demonstrate that extenuating or significant personal circumstances that led to your withdrawal from a course. In these cases, you should be offered a full credit toward the tuition fee in another scheduled program in-lieu of a refund. The Chief Executive Officer may also authorise a refund of tuition fees if the circumstances require it.

Where refunds are approved, the refund payment must be paid to you within 14 days from the time you gave written notice to cancel their enrolment. Tuition refunds are to be paid via electronic funds transfer using the authorised bank account nominated by you on the Refund Request Form (accessed via the LMS).
